Overall, excellent service from Andrew. Have had no issues with the Skoda Superb I purchased 3 months ago. Received a very competitive price for my trade-in at the time.
Skoda was awaiting new SOS module which had no effect to the performance of the car, but could not be rectified at time of purchase as part not in stock.
As agreed, new module arrived today. Andrew kept me updated on regular basis on lead time of part.

Purchased an xc70 volovo with these chaps , like to say what a very very pleasurable experience it was , easy from start to finish , Andrew was a top top sales person who knew his stuff . Didn't get the exact part ex amount but you never do in my previous part ex deals , but that's the way it is and it's all about how they vote across with the deal , so brilliant in my opinion 5 stars all the way and if I'm looking again 1st website I'll visit is theirs

Highly recommended. Very good initial interactions when viewing and purchasing the car. After a few days I had a problem that was not covered by the limited 3 month warranty. However I spoke with Andrew who agreed to help share the cost of the required repairs without hesitation. Hence I found them to be a very honest and trustworthy company.

I Bought my first Land Rover Discovery sports 17 here three months ago. Since owning the car and to consider that i covered 8k miles from purchasing the car never have any issue. Brought a Kia Sportage from Berkshire Used cars after months of searching.
We viewed the car as soon as it became available. Tony was very informative throughout and allowed us to test drive the car. There wasn’t any sales push and gave us plenty of time around the car.

Once we decided to buy the car the processes was simple and seamless.
We collected the car after 5 days. Tony collected us from the local train station meaning we could drive the car together home.
The car had been meticulously valeted inside and out and been through a garage safety check.

In my experience, the second hand car business is a minefield and trust is not normally high on the list of experience. Tony & Andrew are very friendly and professional. I was given plenty of time to go over the potential purchase without any pressure at all. I never give the highest score for anything on reviews as I believe that there is always room for improvement on at least one thing but in this case I could not fault anything. From start to finish it was a great process. Andrew had clearly spent a lot of time on the preparation of the car I was looking to purchase. Two days in fact. The car was in showroom condition inside and out. Andrew explained everything in detail and was able to answer all of my questions. Andrew was able to give me a very detailed valuation for my drade in car. Andrew then went through and explained all the paperwork that needed to be completed. Nothing was rushed. So yesterday I bought my black Mercedes A class A180d from Berkshire used cars. And I must say it’s very refreshing to receive such a professional and friendly service! So me and my girlfriend came from near Brighton which was a 3 hour train journey. When I called to ask where the nearest station was the told me and also said that they would pick me up from the station as it was a 10-15 min drive which was lovely. As soon as I saw the car I was in love. They had cleaned and valeted the car and it looked absolutely stunning! I was able to take it for a long test drive while Andrew was explaining all the different parts of the car which was lovely. As soon as we got back he continued to explain everything I needed to know. This place is very friendly and professional and after many bad experiences buying cars I’m finally glad to find a professional and friendly place. It was very refreshing to come out with all the paper work I need for the car and it comes with a free 3 month warranty which puts my mind at ease.
